KANSAI Automation Co., Ltd. (hereafter, “the Company”) recognizes the importance of personal information and social responsibility, recognizes personal information protection as a matter of the greatest importance in business operation. In order to handle personal information properly, the Company establishes “Privacy Policy” as follows.

  • When the Company collects, uses, and provides personal information in relation to our business, the Company will do them properly in accordance with the company regulations.
  • The Company will take appropriate measures concerning the prevention and correction of unauthorized access to personal information, loss, damage, alteration, and leak of personal information.
  • The Company will educate and inspect the employees to make them understand the importance of personal information protection and handle such information properly.
  • The Company will observe laws and ordinances and other regulations concerning personal information.
  • The Company will continuously improve the management system for personal information protection.
