Provision of customers’ personal information

On the occasion of applying for this service, please read the following contents and determine whether or not you provide us with your personal information.

3．Disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, and stop of use of personal information
  1. When the person himself/herself has requested to disclose the personal data, we will disclose it pursuant to laws and ordinances and our company regulations.
  2. When the person himself/herself has requested to correct, add, delete or stop using the personal data, we will conduct necessary investigations without delay and deal with the data properly pursuant to laws and ordinances and our company regulations.
  3. Concerning the above requests, we will confirm that the request was made by the person himself/herself or his/her agent who has legal competence, in accordance with our given procedures.
