Kansai Automation Co., Ltd. (hereafter called as Company), being aware of the importance of private information and the Company’s social responsibility and addressing it as the first priority that the Company should protect private information in managing its business, has provided the policy of Personal Information Protection to handle private information in the appropriate manner as follows:
- When we collect, access or provide private information for the purpose of operating our business, we handle properly in accordance with the Company’s policy.
- We will take appropriate preventive or corrective measures to avoid illegal access to the private information, or its missing , damages, alteration or leaks.
- We will educate our employees or supervise them so that they may all understand the importance of personal information protection and handle it appropriately.
- We will observe regulations and other cods pertaining to Private Information.
- We will continuously improve our management structure with a purpose of protecting private information.
